Mr. Thomas Himler has over twenty-eight (28) years of senior executive financial, economic development, community and redevelopment, human capital, facilities, labor relations, public policy, public infrastructure, public private partnership, and management experience.

He recently served as the Deputy Chief Administrative Officer for Budget, Finance, Economic Development, and Administration for Prince George’s County, Maryland.  In this role, Mr. Himler oversaw thirteen (13) County agencies, departments, and authorities for County Executive Rushern L. Baker, III, including serving as the County’s Chief Financial Officer for a $4 billion annual operating budget and $5.0 billion capital improvement program.  Over the past eight years, he assisted in approximately $15 billion in economic development, community development, and public infrastructure projects.

He also served on various associations, boards, and commissions, including the University of Maryland Capital Region Health Interim Board of Directors.

Mr. Himler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University and a Master’s of Professional Accountancy degree from West Virginia University.
